Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) after payment confirmation.
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by location:
- Accra & Tema: 1-2 business days
- Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast: 2-3 business days
- Other major cities: 3-5 business days
- Rural areas: 5-7 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size:
- Accra/Tema: GHS 15-25
- Major cities: GHS 25-40
- Other locations: GHS 40-60
Free shipping on orders over GHS 500.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information via SMS and email. Track your order status anytime by contacting us on Instagram @flysteeze_gh.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@flysteeze.com. We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
